State child rape and sex abuse scandal & cover up ... Luzerne County judges’ kickbacks for imprisoning youth ... Attacks vs LGBT youth whipped up by detention staff ... Kids taken from loving families for cash incentives to non-profits/NGOs ... Forced drugging ... 30% of former foster youth were abused by an adult in foster care ...

WHAT IS GOING ON? Is child welfare a playground for rapists? The road to sexual attacks and other abuse of our kids who are poor, LGBT, kids of color? A way for “non-profits” to fill beds and make a buck instead of helping to keep families together by helping with housing etc? Are the new youth curfew laws another way to grab kids?

We demand justice & accountability. No more cover up!

Child welfare services, Second Mile charity, etc ALREADY ARE mandatory reporters! They didn’t do their job – and did nothing to protect the children!

We demand to know: WHO KNEW WHAT WHEN?

Take away poverty, not kids!

Child welfare takes away children unjustly while neglecting those who need protecting.
1/3 of kids would be returned from foster care if their parents just had decent housing.
