Is sequestration the result of DC gridlock or is there more than meets the eye?
Meanwhile the conservative majority US Supreme Court is considering whether or not to strike down a key article of the Voting Rights Act, and affirmative action is also on the SCOTUS agenda. Also with more people in the US having negative views on race than when President Obama was first elected, whats going on?

officials are being accused of crimes against humanity. During
Argentinas Dirty War 50,000 people were killed, 30,000
disappeared and 400,000 jailed. What role did the United States
play? We hear from those impacted by the so-called Dirty War
in Argentina, a war that cost an estimated thirty thousand lives.
And, former Catholic priest and liberation theologist Blase
Bonpane weighs in on the new Pope and the relationship
between the church hierarchy and repression in Central and
South America.
Also, victims of sexual abuse by Catholic priests press to make
public previously hidden testimony by one of the major Cardinals
in the US. What is the expected impact of the new Pope on
US and international prosecution? Our guest is Peter Isely
a graduate of Harvard Divinity School, a survivor of childhood
sexual assault by a Wisconsin priest and founding member and
Midwest Director of Survivors Network of those Abused by Priests
(SNAP).
