That the people of Latin America have been winning some important victories was shown again on Sunday in Ecuador when Rafael Correa, the candidate of those with least, was elected president by a 68% landslide. The Global Women´s Strike has been working with the Bolivarian revolution in Venezuela since 2002 and has organised a number of speaking tours for Nora Castañeda, the president of the Women´s Development Bank, and others, most recently community organisers Juanita Romero and Gastón Murat, so they could tell us what they are winning and how.
