 Strike Actions organised by Chhattisghar Women’s Organization (CWO) in Saraipali, Mahasamun District, 10 March. They marched through the streets, visited the government and held a rally. They were chanting "Naya Jamana Aiga!" - A New Age is Coming!  When they visited government officials, they demanded women's right to food, to work, land rights, an end to bonded labour and child labour, free healthcare, a women's hospital, and good wages for every woman.  The officials said they would put the women's demands to every department office.

  They also held a march and rally in Belaiger, Raipur District, 
on 9 March.

Meeting the government officials, they deliver the same demands as in Saraipali.

Children came on the women's demonstration. Here they demand "We don't want child labour."
