Women in Waged Work

As a woman working in a non-traditional job I am not only doing what was always a "man’s job" but also the additional very traditional work expected of women which is not recognised or counted.
While expected to put my job before my family, and to be on call 24 hours a day 7 days a week. I’m competing with men who have either no family or a woman at home taking care of their kids and house.
Given the worst jobs that get no recognition while the men get the glamour jobs with all the attention and resources.
Given the most upset customers because "I’m a good peacemaker" these jobs are often the most intense and difficult and the ones the men do not want to do.
Not being included in decisions because they were decided in the pub at lunch or after work or on the golf course.
Having men with less experience promoted over me, and then being expected to "help" them by doing their job for them while I teach them and they get the recognition and money.
I have more money but no time. Paying others to do what I have no time to do or am so exhausted I can’t do myself such as taking care of my children, doing my laundry and cooking meals.
